BRUNCH- VANILLA PANCAKES

Pancakes with a handful of different berries has become one of our favorite dishes for brunch. This is quite a filling and satisfying meal and thus I always choose to serve it as brunch/ late breakfast + lunch. Ensure you have a mix of nutella, maple syrup and honey to serve along with the pancakes.

DINNER- CHICKEN BIRYANI

This is honestly my definition of the perfect food for the soul- a pot full of well spiced biryani with aloos (potatoes) and a boiled egg. I've modified my recipe below by using saffron for the rice and extra chili for the chicken. This meal was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed every grain. I also served this with a few papadums and green chilies and cola (which isn't in the picture).
